Automated Tissue Image Analysis Scholarly Peer-review Journal

Automated tissue image analysis of tissue, is analysed by computational methods for deriving quantitative measurements from an image to avoid subject errors by computer-controlled automated equipment for evaluating the tissue samples. In application, To measure the aggregate activity of cancer cells in a biopsy of a cancerous tumor taken from a patient ATIS could be used. In breast cancer patients, for example, ATIS may be used to test for high levels of proteins and it known to be present in more aggressive forms of breast cancers. ATIS have 7 basic process that includes as sample preparation, network communication, image acquisition, data storage, image analysis, results reporting and self-system diagnostics. The realization of these functions highly accurate hardware and well-integrated, complex, and expensive software. It can significantly improve the prediction rate of recurrence of some cancers or reduce uncertainty in characterizing tumors compared to evaluations done by histologists. As it is a digital system, suitable for networking, it also facilitates cooperative efforts between distant sites.Systems for automatically analyzing tissue samples also reduce costs and save time.Acquiring the digital images by High-performance CCD cameras is used for it. And this approach can provide better results than confocal techniques at comparable speeds and lower costs and also for, Coupled with advanced widefield microscopes and various algorithms for image restoration.
