Science Papers are the joint work of a number of scientists and researchers from various disciplines. A major transition is under way in pharmaceutical science. The deluge of molecular data and the advent of computational approaches for analyzing them have revolutionized the traditional process of drug discovery through occurrence in natural products or the synthesis and screening of large small libraries compounds of a molecule. Today, computational methods permeate so many aspects of pharmaceutical research that it can be said that drugs are 'all-inclusive' rather than 'all-inclusive.' To explore the power of semantine machine intelligence to screen a collection of research papers in search of unknown/novel information relevant to early stage drug candidate discovery and development, a pilot experiment in which the InfoCodex semantine engine was used for the specific task of discovering unknown/novel biomarkers and diabetes and/or obesity phenotypes (D&O) .Biomarkers and phenotypes have been the subject of the pilot project as these play an significant role in clinical medicine. Future medications should address communities and classes of people with specific biological predictive characteristics of product efficacy and/or toxicity. This procedure is referred to as "individualized medicine" or "person medicine." The disclosing features are referred to as 'biomarkers' and 'phenotypes.' Hence the most important appraisal is the individual estimation of essential and meaningless novel applicants. The aim of the experiment was not a statistically significant certification of a specific biomarker but the automatic proof of concept.
