Molecular Cloning Peer Review Journals
The set of experimental biological methods which are used to assemble the recombinant DNA
molecules in order to direct their
replication within host organisms is known as molecular cloning. The word cloning refers to the method that involves the
replication of one molecule to produce a population of
cells of identical DNA molecules. For which the DNA sequences from two different organisms were used and these approaches are central to many contemporary zones of modern biology and medicine. The type of DNA to be cloned is obtained from the organism of interest and then pickled with the enzymes in the test tube in order to generate smaller DNA fragments in conventional
molecular cloning experiment and further this were combined with
vector DNA and introduced into the host organism and then allowed for
replication along with the host DNA.
