Medical Imaging Review Articles

Medical imaging is a method, procedure and art of making visual images of the inside of the body for clinical examination and medical procedures. Medical imaging seeks to reveal internal structures disguised by skin and bones, as well as the analysis and treatment of disease. Medical imaging also creates a database of normal anatomy and physiology to identify abnormalities. Review articles are a summary of the current understanding of a particular research topic. They analyze or discuss research previously published by the scientist and academics and do not report new research results. The peer-reviewed article is in the form of systematic reviews and literature reviews and is a form of secondary literature. With systematic reviews, we determine an objective list of criteria and find all previously published original research articles that meet the criteria. The concept of a “review article” is separate from the concept of a peer-reviewed literature. The review can be reviewed, but an independent review is also possible.
