Ethical Dilemma Top Open Access Journals

An ethical dilemma is a situation where a person has to choose between two options, both of which are morally correct but in conflict. Ethics and morals cannot be separated as they both deal with questions of right and wrong. Societal or cultural norms determine ethical behavior whereas moral behavior depends on the individual to decide about right and wrong based on his own sense. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting the scholarly work, research, or ideas of an author to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field before a paper is published in a journal describing this work. Work can be approved, deemed appropriate with revisions or dismissed. Peer review includes a group of experts who are eligible and willing to carry out fairly unbiased analysis of a given (narrowly defined) area.
