 Telecommunication refers to the exchange of  signs signals messages, images, sounds etc. in an encrypted format from one place to another with the help of wires, radio, optical fibres and other electromagnetic systems. It is the exchange of information with the help of technology through transmission medium over electric cable or electromagnetic radiation through several transmission paths which are known as communication channels. Telecommunication use various methods of technologies for communicating which involve electromagnetic technologies such as telegraph, telephone, television, radio, networks, optical fibre, communication satellites etc. Telecommunication although begun with wired telephones, it has evolved other time, and today in the 21st century, wireless transmission is the major form of telecommunication being used.
