Spinal anaesthesia may takes place are called as spinal block to the subarachnoid block, immural block and intrathecal block is a form of neuro axial regional anaesthesia involving to the injection of a local anaesthetic or to the opioid into the subarachnoid space, generally through a fine needle, usually to 9 cm. A spinal anaesthetic is performed by an anaesthetist medicine. A fine needle is inserted into the back to the middle and local anaesthetic is injected through the needle through the fluid that surrounds the spinal cord. The local anaesthetic are nnumber the nerves that supply the tummy, hips, bottom and legs. At the beginning of these procedures it may also experience a mild burning sensation at the injection site when there is a while we used to numbing the skin. It should only feel touch or pressure  for very rarely a short electrical to the sensation going down your legs.
