Social Work is a profession firmed to increasing human capacity to answer complex social problems in order to make a more humane and just society. One of the cornerstones of social work practice is an aim on the power, as opposed to the shortcomings, of single, families and communities so that these can be positioned to discover creative solutions for complex social trouble. There are many thousands of research
journals covering the social works in publication, and many more have been issued at several points previously. The list given here is far from exhaustive, and include the most influential, recently publishing
journals in each area. Each field should be constituted by at most ten positions, selected by their impact factors and other ratings.
