Rice Milling
A
rice mill is a food-processing industry where paddy is processed to
rice to be bought in the marketplace.The complete product is procured from paddy fields , milled and processed hygienically in contemporary machinery and dust-loose
environment and cleaned via sorting machines. To start with the production procedure,paddy is cleaned by a paddy pre-cleaning device and the cleaned paddy is saved in uncooked paddy garage containers. The stored paddy is moved to food-grade stainless steel soaking tanks. Water is tired from the tank and the wet paddy is ready for boiling.
Boiling is achieved with the aid of a steam boiler.The boiled paddy is then moved to the paddy dryer through a belt conveyor.
