Nursing-Communication

Effective communication between nurses and patients is important to the positive outcome of each patient's individualized nursing care. Nevertheless, to do that, nurses need to respect their patients and support them, exhibiting courtesy, compassion and sincerity. They will also devote time to interacting with the patient with the required confidentiality, and should not forget that this contact involves people who surround the sick person, which is why all those concerned should understand the language of contact. Effective communication is also dependent not only on nurses' physical skills but also on knowledge and experience. Therapeutic procedure includes, on the one hand, oral contact between public health officials and nurses, and, on the other, the patient or his family. It's a method in two ways. The patient conveys their worries and doubts to their nurse and supports them in making the right diagnosis in nursing.
