Pharmacy Practice Top Open Access Journal

 The main aim of pharmacy practice is mainly including more traditional roles such as dispensing and compounding of medicines, and it also includes more modern services related to health care, which includes clinical services, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing the drug information. Pharmacists are the experts on drug therapy and are the primary health professionals who reduce the use of medication for the advantage of the patients. The practice of pharmacy should require excellent knowledge on drugs, their side effects, and mechanism of action, interactions, toxicity and mobility. The Journal considers for publication original research papers, systematic qualitative and quantitative reviews, rare case reports, research letters, news notes and invited editorials covering problems with modern clinical pharmacy research and practice. It appears that community pharmacy isn't sufficiently represented at an area level. Current service remuneration models encourage a volume approach. While more complex services and clinical roles, with associated remuneration structures promote follow up, collaboration and integration into primary health care, they potentially marginalize community pharmacies. Community pharmacist are being recognized because the medication management experts of the health care team at a less complex level with the delivery of MedChecks, medication adherence services and clinical interventions.
