Maxillofacial Prosthetics is a subspecialty of Prosthodontics that includes restoration of patients with imperfections or inabilities that were available when conceived or created because of illness or injury. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are authorities in the determination and treatment of an expansive scope of scatters influencing the facial complex and skeleton, including the jaws and oral pit. Maxillofacial prosthetics is a part of dentistry that manages intrinsic and procured imperfections of the head and neck.
