 Management involves the process of planning , decision-making, organizing , leading, motivating and controlling an organization's human resources , financial, physical, and information resources to effectively and effectively reach its goals. Management at the most fundamental level is a discipline comprising a set of five general functions: planning , organizing, staffing , leading and controlling. There are two distinct approaches at the root of management styles: Autocratic and permissive. An autocratic style of management is one in which the leader makes unilateral decisions without involving workers in decision-making. The journal would provide a platform for and motivate scholars, students, technologists and specialists to share their professional and academic expertise in Management.
