Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Research Articles
The treatment arsenal for children with juvenile idiopathic
arthritis (JIA) has expanded during the last decades, follow-up studies are needed on children diagnosed in the age of biological treatment to assess if this has improved the result. The aim is to study the
epidemiology and result of juvenile idiopathic
arthritis in southern Sweden by means of a population-based cohort of children with a validated diagnosis of juvenile idiopathic
arthritis collected over 9 years. The MTX or biological cohort depending on whether their
disease prevention were occurred that the patients consisted. The all the patients who had diseases greater than or equal to 5 years are undergone for the prospective cross-sectional assessment, which included measurement of disease activity and damage.The state were defined according to the Wallace, JADAS10 and CJADAs10 criteria for inactive diseases and low diseases acitivty.
