Gerontology

 The study and education on the aging processes of the individuals across the life course includes the study of emotional, psychological, physical and community changes in individuals as they age; the investigation on changes in the civilization is resulting from our aging population; and the application of this acquaintance to the programs and policies. Gerontology is multidisciplinary that integrates and combines numerous distinct areas of study and its collaboration between nurses, surgeons, behavioral and social scientists, psychologists, biologists, economists, policy experts, social workers, arts and humanities and various other academics and investigators in aging. With the rapid growth of the aging population the social education and training in older adults and practitioners has been interested increasingly in high demand
