Fluid Dynamics Top Open Access Journals

According to the American Heritage Dictionary, fluid dynamics is "the branch of applied science concerned with the movement of liquids and gasses." One of two branches of fluid mechanics is fluid dynamics, which is the study of fluids and how forces affect them. The other branch is the fluid statics, which deals with resting fluids. Scientists study fluid dynamics across several fields. Fluid dynamics provides methods to study star evolution, ocean currents, weather patterns, plate tectonics and even circulation of blood. Some significant fluid dynamic technology applications include rocket engines, wind turbines, oil pipelines, and air conditioning systems.
