Often times, comments like, 'He/She is simply too playful', 'Too quiet in class', 'He/She is non-compliant', 'Too stubborn', 'Too aggressive' 'Too rough/clumsy' and every one types square measure written in children's progress reports and that they were sent home by lecturers. At constant time, oldsters typically return to highschool stating, "My kid is simply too playful/stubborn" and alike. They then imply the kid to be disciplined to correct such behavior. Considering the character of such interactions that exists between some oldsters, lecturers and also the educational institution kids, this thus raises queries as do oldsters or lecturers extremely perceive the psychological characteristics of kids? Or why do they treat children in such a harsh manner within the color of discipline? the amount between births to 5 years of a toddler may be a vital time for all spherical development. it's a sensitive amount that if mishandled could lead to deficit in temperament development. it's against this scenery that this study is formed to look at oldsters and teachers' understanding of youngsters psychological characteristics. Four hundred educational institutioners' oldsters and 2 hundred and fifty preschool lecturers purposively selected were used for the study. Patents-Teachers' kids Psychological Characteristics views form (PTPCPQ) was used for the study. it's 3 sections, Section-A, invited data regarding the demographic data of the respondents.
