Communication Impairments Open Access Articles

 Basically child with a communication disorder has been noticing which cause trouble in a way of communicating with others. He/she may not understand or not been able to make the sounds of speech. The effected child might struggle with word choice, word order, or sentence structure. These disorders can be classified in the following manner. They are: ·         Mixed receptive-expressive language disorder.  In this type of disorder child has developmental delays and basic problems for understanding spoken language and speaking. ·         Expressive language disorder. Disorder of developmental delays and problems speaking. ·         Speech-sound disorders. Child maximum has a hard time for  expressing the words clearly past a certain age. Maximum Boys tend to be diagnosed with all these type of disorders rather more often than girls.
