Toxicogenomics Top Open Access Journals
Toxicogenomics can be a
pharmacology subdiscipline dealing with the selection, analysis, and storage of
gene and protein activity data inside an organism 's unique cell or tissue in response to toxic substance exposure. Toxicogenomics blends
toxicology with
genomics or other
molecular profiling technologies with high-throughput such as transcriptomics, proteomics , and metabolomics. Toxicogenomics aims to elucidate the established molecular mechanisms within the toxicity expression and to extract patterns of molecular expression (i.e., molecular biomarkers) that predict toxicity or genetic susceptibility to it. Top
open access journals can be accessed freely on the public internet domain. To meet the insistent need of the scientific community, these include high quality, closely reviewed, and rapid dissemination. All
journals are indexed with all of the citations they have mentioned. The top
open access journals in MEDLINE, PUBMED, SCOPUS, COPERNICUS, CAS, EBSCO, and ISI are indexed.
