software-engineering-open-access-journals: The papers developing open access technologies are academic journals. The top open access papers are publicly accessible on the public internet domain, empowering any end user to read, print, archive, share, prink, browse or connect to the articles' full texts. To meet the insistent need of the scientific community, these provide high quality, meticulously reviewed, and rapid publication. A useful resource for monitoring views in forums, journals, e-business pages, etc., has become important for corporations, policymakers, as well as consumers, because of the immense amount of texts accessible that make manual research extremely impossible and futile. In this paper we introduce our Approach to classify views focused on an ontological analysis of documents. This approach aims at studying the role that domain ontologies play in the identification phase and their contributions. Domain ontology and the lexicon of sentiments are needed as pre-requirements in our approach. For example, if users have already researched opinions on a product, they are willing to pay more for a product whose opinion is more favourable than another, and the product will be more commercialized than another product whose opinion is less favourable.
