Scholarly Peer-reviewed Ceramics Engineering Journal

Ceramic engineering is a branch of engineering which deals with the science and technology of creating non-metallic & inorganic objects having crystalline structure, through the process of heat, or precipitation reactions at the lower temperatures. Ceramic engineering is required right from the assembly of ceramic teeth, bones, and other fibre optic cables used for surgery to ceramic superconductors, lasers, etc. The gas jet nozzles, ballistic protection, reaction-propulsion engine turbine blades, bio-medical implants, fuel uranium oxide pellets, spacecraft program and missile nose cones are utilized by ceramics. A Ceramic engineer focuses on the utilization of ceramics within the production of varied products. Fiber-optic devices, microprocessors and solar panels are some samples of ceramic sciences applied to lifestyle .
