Psychological Health

 Proper psychological health includes a person having normal mental, behavioural, and social maturity. This means that such a person is in a stable state of mental well-being, one that they can use to work normally in society and at daily occurrences. They have good emotional health, the type which really affects how we feel. Health psychology is the study of the functions of psychology and behaviour in wellness, disease, and health care. This is about knowing how psychological, environmental and behavioural factors are contributing to general wellbeing and sickness. Psychological factors can have direct effect on health. The psychological health is very much needed for every human being to have healthy relationship with the society and he work place. There are many factor which affects this but there are other factors which help you overcome it.
