One of the most common psychological disorders among young adults is depression. According to a new record, diagnoses of major depression have risen by 33% since 2013. And adolescent mental
health census show that this rate is rising even faster among millennial—up by 47%. Moreover, the rates of major depression in
adolescents have increased by 65% for girls and 47% for boys. A major depressive episode is a range of at least two weeks of low mood that is present in most situations. Symptoms include loss of interest in normally enjoyable activities, low self-esteem, and problems with sleep, concentration and energy.
