Pharmacovigilance And Clinical Trials PV is the most important issue, because it forms the basis of the security framework. PV is identified as the science and activities related to the identification, evaluation, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related issue, according to the WHO. Reporting spontaneous
adverse drug reaction (ADR) in PV is an important indicator of signal identification, besides being highly cost-effective. This is also effective as the tool of identifying drug-related safety issues, and plays a pivotal role in PV. Therefore, to ensure drug protection, one may assume that ADR coverage is the frontline method of security. Michiko Yamamoto, the position of pharmacist and undergraduate pharmacy
