Patent is a set of right that are given to an individual for an innovative research works that are developed by a certain individual and can be used in any way he can. Patent
law provides the inventor his own freedom in doing anything with the creative product that have developed. Patent
law doses not allow any other individual to use one of the product that has not be developed by anyone other than the inventor. If the same product with same mechanism is developed by another it can be referred to as patent infringement and can be subjected to various punishments. An Patent that is obtained by an individual can last upto 20 years. During that time, no
replication of product is allowed.
