Optimization Of Process Parameters Open Access Articles
Key process optimization issues, industrial fermentation, and scale-up studies are aimed at maintaining a set of homogeneous conditions that reduce and minimize the
microbial risk to
stress and enhance their productivity by improving their metabolic accuracy in order to consistently increase product yield and maintain product quality. The set of process parameters which influence the yield and quality of the product will change for each individual product. Such set of process parameters may be a single parameter or in combination with other parameters or several individual parameters and those parameters need to be defined and configured according to the microbe used and the product created.
