Occupational Safety

 Occupational safety is referred to as health and safety of the employees. The main goal of occupational safety is to ensure the safety of employees by implementing rules and regulations in order to prevent the labor from work place illness, accidents, fatalities and injuries. The five elements of effective safety culture are responsibility, accountability, ethics, clear expectations, and next steps.      Occupational risk management is important that employees should know the risk there in their organization and to control to them to avoid risk.The risk management process involves several activities are identification of exposed workers, workers with special needs such as pregnant women, young workers, characterization of task, identification of work  accident and occupational diseases.
