Nuclear Weapon Innovations

 Nuclear weapons played a pivotal role in international security during the latter half the 20 th century. Despite rapid increases in communications, transportation, and weapons technology, there has been no large-scale strategic conflict since the Second war. However, geopolitical change and therefore the evolution of military technology suggest that the composition of our nuclear forces and our strategy for his or her employment could also be different within the twenty-first century. The time is true for a fundamental rethinking of our expectations and requirements for these unique weapons.   In nuclear medicine, radioisotopes can be used for diagnosis, treatment, and research. Radioactive chemical tracers emitting gamma rays can provide diagnostic information a few person's internal anatomy and therefore the functioning of specific organs. Radioisotopes can also serve as a method of treatment in various forms of tumors. In biochemistry and genetics, radiosotopes allow tracing chemical and physiological processes occurring in living organisms, like DNA replication or aminoalkanoic acid transport.
