Livestock Production Impact Factor

Animal Production Science is a world peer-reviewed scientific journal for agriculture and animal science and published by CSIRO Publishing. Research articles within the journal specialize in improving livestock and food production, and on the social and economic issues that influence primary producers. It's predominantly concerned with domesticated animals (beef cattle, dairy cows, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry); however, contributions on horses and wild animals are published where relevant. Livestock farmers have suffered from wild animal predation and theft by rustlers. In North America, animals like the grey wolf, bruin, cougar, and coyote are sometimes considered a threat to livestock. In Eurasia and Africa, predators include the wolf, leopard, tiger, lion, dhole, Asiatic black bear, crocodile, Crocuta crocuta, and other carnivores.
