Genome News Open Access Articles

A genome is considered as the genetic material of an organism which provides the all information related to the organism or species. The genome includes both genes (coding regions) and non-coding DNA, as well as mitochondrial DNA and chloroplast DNA. The genome analysis is coined genomics. The development of new technologies has made genome sequences dramatically cheaper and easier, and the number of complete genome sequences is growing rapidly. The U.S. National Institutes of Health operates one of many large genomic knowledge repositories. Reference genetic analysis and maps proceed to be updated, errors removed and areas of high allelic complexity clarified.
