Cavities and tooth decay are some of the world's most prevalent health problems. Anyone with teeth can develop cavities, even infants. It might come as a shock to find out you have a cavity. This is especially valid if you believe you have a good routine for oral hygiene. Even if your dentist delivers this news, however, there are ways to heal a cavity and avoid the creation of new ones.
