 Angina, chest pain is the most common symptoms of coronary artery disease. Angina occur when too much plaque builds up inside arteries and causing them narrow, Narrowed arteries  can cause chest pain because they can block blood flow to the heart muscles and rest of the body. This result in heart attack because blood clot suddenly cut off heart blood supply and causes permanent damage to the heart. Some of the symptoms of heart attack are chest pain and shortness in breath. The damage may be caused by various factors are smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, not being active, diabetes or insulin resistance. A healthy life style can help your hear strong and clear of plaque to improve hearts health follow some of the tips like quit smoking, control high BP, cholesterol, maintain healthy  weight, stay physically active.
