Bone Marrow Stem Cells High Impact Factor Journals
Bone marrow is known as spongy tissue within the bones that contain hematopoieticstem cells. These stem cells normally develop into the healthy red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. A bone marrow or stem cell transplant through the replaces stem
cells that are used for faulty or destroyed by
chemotherapy or radiation. It is the place where a new blood
cells are produced. Bone marrow contains two types of stem
cells are hemopoietic which used to produce blood
cells and stromal which are used to produce fat, cartilage and bone. In order to take part of stem cells from bone marrow, between 0.5 and 1.5 liters of the bone marrow that are removed from the back of the pelvic bone using a special needle. The exact amount is used by the concentration of stem cells in the bone marrow that have been taken.The main difference between a stem cell and bone marrow transplant is used for stem cells are collected from the bloodstream or bone marrow. A stem cell transplant uses stem cells from the bloodstream or a bloodstream. Bone marrow which is transplants are not used in cells.
