Tiredness (fatigue)

 Tiredness have negative impacts on the performance at work, family life, and social relationships. The popular complaint which is heard most of the time was Tiredness. This is not a medical issue but one that can be reversed by a lifestyle change. Tiredness and fatigue are the most common problems that arises when the person or individual undergoes with much physical and mental activity. The difficult problem for doctors for their investigation is Fatigue and many people with fatigue do not report it to their doctor. There are many reasons of becoming tired for the people and consequently, there are many ways too for its rectification. Doctors who are conscious on this particular issue handles the problem seriously and at the same time he or she also attempts to determine an underlying cause.
