Spondylosis is the decay of the vertebral column from any purpose. In the more narrow sense it introduce to spinal osteoarthritis, the age-related wear and tear of the spinal column, which is the most usual cause of spondylosis. The degenerative process in osteoarthritis predominantly influence the vertebral bodies, the neural foramina and the facet joints (facet syndrome). If worsen, it may create pressure on the spinal cord or nerve roots with successive sensory or motor disturbances, such as pain, paresthesia, imbalance, and muscle weakness in the limbs. Spondylosis is begin from years of constant abnormal pressure, lead to by joint subluxation, stress induced by sports, acute and/or repetitive trauma, or poor posture, being settled on the vertebrae and the discs between them. The abnormal stress let the body to produce new bone in process to compensate for the new weight distribution. This abnormal weight demeanor from bone displacement will cause spondylosis to occur.
