Robotics-articles
Robotics is the technology division that deals with robots' design , development, operation, and implementation, as well as computer systems for control, sensory input, and
information processing. Such systems deal with intelligent devices that, in appearance, behavior and/or perception, may take the place of humans in hazardous environments or production processes, or imitate humans. While celebrating the launch of Advances in
Robotics and Automation, we are also talking about how to get this new journal's increasingly growing credibility. At the same time, we also note a mushroom growth of
open access journals in various fields of science. Open access is a perfect solution. Readers are free to get the publications and distribute them at any time, anywhere in the world , as long as they can access the internet. Internet power never gets overestimated. The more readers we have, the higher number of citations we receive, and then the higher credibility is built that attracts more respected authors in return. On the other hand, publication fees are a big barrier especially at the beginning of a newspaper, given that many reputed newspapers do not charge for publication. This barrier will not disappear until a high reputation for the journal has been established.
