Pharmacodynamics Scholarly Journal

Pharmacodynamics is the pharmacology division that regulates the biochemical and physiological impact of the medications on the body. It is defined in simple words as the branch which studies what a drug does to the body when it is administered into the system. These drugs affect the body either by imitating or inhibiting normal biochemical and/or physiological processes. Such medications work by their mode of action, such as relaxing, calming, blocking, stabilizing, replacing, etc. We may also function as autonomous control agents which can induce beneficial chemical reactions such as free radical scavenging or detrimental chemical reactions such as cytotoxicity
