 Toxicology Open Access Journal is a peer reviewed, international scientific journal published online. This Journal focuses primarily on the study of adverse effects of xenobiotics on human and animal health and impacts on safety estimates and hazard assessments. Toxicology is the scientific study of adverse effects due to chemical substances that occur in living organisms. This includes the observation and reporting of symptoms, mechanisms, detection and treatment of toxic substances, in particular in relation to human poisoning. Most toxicology screens provide limited information about how much or how often someone has taken a drug. A toxicology screen usually results in positive or negative results. A positive test result means presence of a drug or multiple drugs in the body.
