Tuberculosis of the pancreas is one of the rare conditions found in the developed countries. This disease can occur mostly with HIV infection. Tuberculosis in the pancreas can be affected by various pathogens. It involves the direct spread of the diseases from the lymph node, pancreatic involvement, and the hematogenous dissemination. Tuberculosis in the pancreatic region is isolated. The isolated pancreatic tuberculosis is due to the histopathological evidence in the lymph node.
