Human Amnion Epithelial Cells Online Metallurgys

Amniotic fluid (AF) and amniotic membrane (AM) are recently characterized as promising sources of stem or progenitor cells. The amniotic membrane, lacking any plant tissue, forms most of the inner layer of the membrane and consists of three layers. These cell populations in AM are easily accessible, non-tumorigenic and capable of differentiating into a spread of cell types. The major component of amniotic fluid is water; however its overall composition varies throughout pregnancy. At the beginning of pregnancy, the amniotic osmolality is analogous to the fetal plasma. After keratinization of the fetal skin amniotic osmolality decreases relatively to maternal or fetal plasma, mainly because of the inflow of fetal urine
