Condom Use

 Condom are the only methods of birth control and it also help to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, Chlamydia and gonorrhea.Even they can use different kinds of birth control to avoid pregnancy but condom are the best way to protect from birth control as well as sexually transmitted diseases. The shape of condom are small discreet and portable way to get big protection from pregnancy and STDs.Condoms  can add extra  protection to almost all other birth control methods like the pill, shot, ring and IUD.Most  people uses condom with no side effects they are made from latex (rubber) , soft plastics like polyurethane, polyisoprene and nitrile and latex free.
