Caesarean Section Scholarly Peer Review Journal

Cesarean delivery (C-section) may be a surgery wont to deliver a baby through incisions within the abdomen and uterus. A C-section could be planned before time if you develop pregnancy complications or you've had a previous C-section and are not considering childbirth after cesarean (VBAC). Often, until labor is underway C-section doesn't become obvious for the first time.  A cesarean delivery is usually necessary when a vaginal delivery would put the baby or mother in danger . Reasons for this might include obstructed labor, twin pregnancy, high vital sign within the mother, breech delivery , or problems with the placenta or umbilical cord. A cesarean delivery could also be performed based upon the form of the mother's pelvis or history of a previous C-section. A trial of childbirth after C-section could also be possible. The planet Health Organization recommends that cesarean delivery be performed only medically necessary.  Some C-sections are performed without a medical reason without the request of the mother. Childbirth before 39 weeks gestation  without any medication and  unknown benefit to the mother  she carry significant risks for the baby. Newborn mortality at 37 weeks could even be up to 3 times the number at 40 weeks, and is elevated compared to 38 weeks gestation.  Researchers in one study and another review found many benefits to going term , but no adverse effects within the health of the mothers or babies
