 Business finance, also known as corporate finance or firm in the business world, firm is an organization which gets involved in trading of goods services or even both to the consumers and it is also responsible for allocating resources,  reviewing opportunities for equity and debt financing, creating economic forecasts and other functions within your organization. It is the process of providing funds for making purchases, business activities or investing. Financial institutions like banks are in the business of providing capital to consumers, investors and businesses to help them achieve their goals. Most of the businesses have private owners which provide services and goods to the customers in exchange of money. Business which is owned by multiple individuals will be referred as a company. Finance is a field which is related to accounting which deals with the allocation of assets.
