Biopharmaceutics Peer-review Journals

Biopharmaceutics as its dosage form as associated with the onset, duration, and intensity of its action. Biopharmaceutics is that the study which shows how the drug absorption rate is suffering from various factors like physical and chemical factors of the drug and therefore the route through which the drug is administered. However, the initial excitement was often banished due to the low therapeutic efficacy and high rate of toxicity and side effects.Drug research may be a specific process toward the event of latest therapeutic agents during this era to satisfy the present medical needs. Drug discovery and development are the two major stages in the development of new therapeutic drug substance. Drug discovery involves identification and characterization of new targets, synthesis of new lead molecules, screening of new lead molecules for its in vitro and/or in vivo biological activities, and physicochemical characterization of leads. The drug discovery and development process requires close interaction among the different scientific discipline members for as many as 10–12 years. It is estimated that only 1 out of 5000 screened compounds is approved as a new drug. The study of the chemical and physical properties of medicine and therefore the biological effects they produce.
