 Aquaculture (less usually spelled aquiculture), jointly referred to as aquafarming, is that the farming of fish, crustaceans, molluscs, aquatic plants, algae, and different organisms. Cultivation involves cultivating recent and H2O populations below controlled conditions, and could be contrasted with industrial fishing, that's that the harvest of savage fish. Mariculture refers to cultivation practiced in marine environments and in underwater habitats. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), cultivation "is understood to mean the farming of aquatic organisms at the side of fish, molluscs, crustaceans and aquatic plants.
