AIDS Review Articles

AIDS is the leading diseases  which cause death among young adults. It is a disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus which slowly destroys the human immune system, thereby making infected people more susceptible and vulnerable to a variety of microbial infections. Mostly AIDS will be transmitted by unprotected sexual intercourse, blood transfusions, hypodermic needles, and mother to child transmission during pregnancy and delivery. Body fluids such as saliva and tears do not transfer the HIV from one person to another person. AIDS does not have any vaccines treatment to control the rate of transmission. Treatment is more expensive with side effects. Review articles are the summary of current state of understanding on a particular research topic. Review article comes in the form of systematic reviews and literature reviews and are a form of secondary literature. Systematic reviews determine an objective list of criteria, and find all previously published original research papers that meet the criteria..
