Uterine Rupture Journals

Uterine breach may be a serious obstetric risk with a large rate of infant and maternal disease and mortality, ranging between 1 in 2000 to 1 in 200 deliveries. The majority of reported cases involve in people at high risk for uterine rupture, most importantly labor after previous uterine surgical procedure and major multiparity. Uterine rupture would be a life-threatening event for both the kids and the parents. The most prominent risk factor is the uterine wound from the prior cesarean section, other risk factors include full-thickness incisions, defective labour, induced labour through oxytocin or prostaglandin, and elevated parity and trauma. In this socio-economic climate, the treatment of all obstetric incidents is likely to be highly challenging.
