Advantages of tree Topology:
Scalable as leaf nodes will accommodate a lot of nodes within the hierarchic chain. to point wiring to the central hub at every intermediate node of a
tree topology represents a node within the bus. alternative hierarchic networks don't seem to be affected if one in every of them gets broken.
Disadvantages of Tree Topology :
Large cabling is needed as compared to star and bus. On the failure of a hub, the complete network fails. Tree network is incredibly tough to put together than alternative network topologies.
