Structure Determination Open Access Journals

Structure determination is a process by which, using an analytical technique, the three-dimensional atomic coordinates of a molecule or biomolecule are solved. In structure determination, many techniques are used, most commonly X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, electron microscopy, and molecular modeling. In crystallography, structure determination refers to the method of elaborating the three-dimensional positional coordinates (and also, typically, the three-dimensional anisotropic displacement parameters) of the dispersing centers in an ordered crystal lattice.
