Soils and water quality have to be accomplished during road construction and in the operation of the state road network to avoid
environmental pollution.

ecosystem services that support diverse processes in nature, together with nutrient cycling and gas exchange. In these cycles, water fluxes are significant in cycling nutrients through the soil-plant-atmosphere pathway and are significant in transferring nutrients and other particles from the soil to nearby water bodies.
